Thought I'd ask this on here as we've got such a varied Tosser database
Can anybody recommend, or even point me in the right direction for some software? What I'm after is some business software that does the following..... customer phones to order an item, I'd like to then enter customer details and items required, produce an internal works order, then be able to do an invoice and delivery note etc without re-entering all of the details again, we have such a long winded process at the moment and I'd really like to make life a bit easier.
