Anyone got one ?

Thinking the would do for under a Mesh jacket if it rains a bit or is chilly for an upcoming Spain trip.
Fed up with being hot and sweaty but dont want to get too cold and wet on the drag to or from the ferry

Yes. And its a good thin wind layer buffer between a t-shirt and the wind through the Mesh jacket. You still feel a cool breeze, but not directly on you (if that makes sense). It doesn't add a layer of warmth though, its only a thin material with no lining. It would be good to add over a warmer layer - like a mid layer fleece as its a stretch material.
In terms of some light rain, it should be ok. But not for long and certainly not at speed.

This. The material itself is waterproof but the seams aren’t sealed so you soon get wet at speed. BMW Ride Rain jacket isn’t quite as thin as Zephyr but does have sealed seams so is waterproof.

I have bought one !

My decision on which jacket to wear will be made on the morning of departure depending on the forecast

I dont mind getting a bit damp for a short period if its warm with the potential for hot but if its a cold wet forecast it will be the Rukka textiles

Two different riding jackets for a trip to Spain? Sounds like you took packing lessons from my wife :thumby:

I have one. its predominantly a wind stopper. it doesn't have taped seams so is not waterproof but in a 20 minute shower will give you some protection. I wear a Klim Marrakesh jacket but for bad weather I carry the BMW Rainlock suit which is very comfortable and also acts as a wind stopper. it has a detachable hood that you can wear under your helmet too that stops the rain running down your back. It could also be used as a jacket for walking round in the evening if you're that way inclined! Reasonable price for the two.
