Motorcycle Marshal's for Charity Event.

A friend of mine has asked me to help out at the following event, http://www.darbystourdemunster.co.uk

I suspect there may be over 30 bicycle riders to escort from the Holyhead leg back to Warrington. I am looking for interested riders who fancy getting involved. As it is for charity the only renumeration is a slap on the back and feel good about yourself

The Route

Stage 1: Sunday 19th June 2011- Musgrave Park – Thomond Park (98km/61 miles)

Stage 2: Monday 20th June 2011- Thomond Park – Roscrea RFC (74km/46 miles)

Stage 3A: Tuesday 21st June 2011- Portlaoise RFC – Maynooth (67km/41.5 miles)

Stage 3B: Tuesday 21st June 2011- Maynooth - Trinity College (29km/18 miles)*

(Stena Ferry Transfer Dublin – Holyhead) early am Wed 22nd

Stage 4: Wednesday 22nd June 2011- Holyhead – Colwyn Bay (75km/47 miles)

Stage 5: Thursday 23rd June 2011- Colwyn Bay – Warrington (93km/58 miles)


We will probably do the last two days, unless anyone wants to join the whole trip...???

Wednesday: meet at Holyhead ferry port at 11.30 am escourt group to Colwyn Bay. Then myself and anyone else will return back to Cheshire to stay at my house . All welcome! Chinese meal few beers, a few beds and comfy couch available.

Thursday: head back out to Colwyn bay for 11am to escort cyclist to Warrington.

Beers and a curry at mine again and then four of us are heading over to the
Horizons unlimited gig in Ripley.
