Music dropping out - XT

I occasionally listen to music which is stored on an SD card in the XT but often it drops out, only for a second or two but enough for it be unusable.

I use a Sena SRL headset, the only connection is between the XT and headset, the BT is off on my phone.

Sometimes I hear 'media connected' and other times I hear 'device connected' the audio issues are the same when it connects either way but it is intermittent.

I know lots of people say you shouldn't listen to music but when on a long commute or motorway stretch I'd rather listen to something than get bored and lose concentration.

Anyone have similar issues?

Thanks Wapping, wasn't sure where to post it as it appears to only be an issue with the XT, music from my phone plays uninterrupted.

I've always paired it as a GPS, perhaps I'll try pairing it as a 2nd mobile phone.
