XChallenge - replacing instrument cluster/dash with Acewell aftermarket?

Hi guys


The dash on my X gave up completely over time - LCD display is unreadable, ABS and oil lights goes on and off randomly, left indicator does not turn off, etc - most likely due to water damage.

I got an Acewell unit that will do all the functions, but would appreciate any pointers in how to go about replacing it.

I now have the Acewell 7659 unit, and manual
And I have the stock XC cluster full manual/diagrams
Now to figure out how to transplant the Acewell onto the bike
