Also a good shocks, choise depends on temper and money:augie
Really like my Wilburs, far superior to OE equipment and at a pretty decent price, love Ohlins kit but could not justify the extra 50% cost, although they possibly hold a slightly higher resale value.

wilbur's sound nice, sure he wont mind:blast no heard good reports about em before.
I've got wilbers on my 08 GS....absolutely superb...speak to John at Revs Racing...they sometimes have some reconditioned units in as well as new...great guys and great service.
Hagon do a replacement shock for the 1200GS, £300 or £425 with remote adjuster. Once bought, Hagon will recondition the unit when required. I have a Hagon shock on my Dominator, good kit.
Maxton will build a shock to spec.
There are companies out there that will recondition/upgrade the standard shock. e.g. http://www.allbikeengineering.co.uk/abe/shocks.htm Not done this so can't recomend any company specifically. Others will know
Like to say ta for info, not sure what to go with yet but Ta again:thumb
how much for your wilburs
