I got a Clarke 120e (I think), which I bought 15 years ago.
Still works, still gets jambed, usually when I try and weld to rusty old metal.
When I go to buy new tips, they only have SIP ones :(
On the one hand I'd try something else if I replaced it, cos I'm sick of the jambing, but then its done 15 years service and only cost 100quid, so I guess I can't complain.
Without it I wouldn't have had the MG midget Mercedes in Cardiff - I got a pair of Merc door skins, which replaced what had once been a floor.

If you need spares for Clarke Welders, try Machine Mart. I bought some a few months ago.

If you're new to welding & just want to give it a go, a Clarke is fine. Best bet is second hand, plenty of under used bargains about in Diamond Free Ads type papers.
