Hi lads n ladis,
They call it incredible India !!!! Believe me they are not wrong,
just when you think you have seen it all something new pops up.
I have rode the whole way down the middle off this vast bewildering
and remarkable country from Amristar , Delhi, Agra, Jhansi, Nagpur,
Hyderabad, Bangalore and I have never experienced drivers like it,
road conditions are not too bad, have rode worst in south America,
its the other road users. Usually it takes me 3 to 4 days to get used
to riding in a new country, if i stayed here 3 or 4 years I still dont think
id get used to it, Bus drivers are the worst every other day there
is a new story of some poor soul being squashed....

notice the tyre combo i am running
Bangalore is a pretty relaxed city with nice temp, I have seen all sides of it
and all i can say is thank GOD me Ma was born here rather than Agra or
Delhi, Bangalore has its slums, beggers, touts, poor, middle class, rich,
very rich and flithy rich and they all live together its very strange to see
The street markets are an explosion on the senses, there is one beside
russel market that would put motorworks to shame (thats if they sold
enfield bits) and as your walking around buying your bits n bobs there are
these eagles circling above your head that swoop down and pick up
scraps of chicken that are flung from the market. Believe me you would
not want to be on acid.

As for me research on families past,
have found loads of stuff
where my gran worked
where me Ma was born
where great granfather is buried
and loads more info...
But have to tell you all this when I left Ireland I knew my Gran had a sister
called Joyce and a step brother called Desmond.
Well i am now in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. and have been checking out the old
records here at St John's church and have found a brother and
sister that no one knew about.
Mary and Charles, this has knocked me for six...
Mary died at the aged of 14 days but
Charles I cant find any record of his death
so please God I can find more info on him....
