Lets start off with a Triumph picture thread:

IMO the best Triumph of modern times - 1050 Speed Triple - in Black of course:thumb

Not actually mine but the Wife's ;)

I've only owned one Triumph..
1970 and it had one of these :D and it was seized :eek::eek:
I paid £15 for it, fixed the seized 'fingamebob" and sold it on for £50.00 after 3 weeks ...
imho it handled worse fixed, than it did seized

I would love to own a ROCKET 111 tho' I love 'em 2 or 3 wheeled

I was given a '59 Bonneville in a packing case many years ago. Once I had it up and running, it was one of the best Brit bikes I've owned. Apart from the usual vibes and oil leaks, I loved it and I'm sorry I sold it.

Saw this 50th Anniversary Bonnie 2 years ago, exact same colour scheme as the '59 I owned and I just had to have this 'un :D Doesn't mark its territory and is smooth as a baby's wotnot. Handles too. Maybe lacks some of the character of the original, but makes a great bimbler on a sunny day :thumb

I had a 750 uk spec 1978 bonnie when i was 18 - was lovely until it shit its mains.

i re-built it and part ex-d it for a guzzi T4

later i also bought a 750 TSS for 500 quid - was quite nice, but nothing special.

prefer guzzi's to triumph any day of the week
