Random Guzzi Shit

......................

I'd sooner they didn't have a gaping hole were the airbox/ batteries used to live.

............................

It certainly divides opinion but I much prefer the 'no side panel' look.

One of the things I love about Guzzis is the look of that engine and the way the block is very tall relative to it's length. Removing the panels and cleaning up that space just, to my eyes, accentuates that beautiful, agricultural engine and simplifies the look of the bikes; an engine, gear box and a wheel at each end. Less is more :)

Having said that, I don't really like the bike you posted; the black heads and guards don't work very well and the builder hasn't actually opened up the space behind the side panels, just moved stuff about a bit ~ it all looks a bit formulaic to me.

My son lives there and South Australia had a record high of 48.9 degrees (measured at the weather station)

Methinks I would melt at that heat.. :yikes

But my busted body would probably thank me.. :blast

Barry sheene had the right idea & said he suffered far less living in Australia..

And fink of all the lovely ladies on bondi beach & the Gold Coast.. :green gri
