Top job.

If you fancy making one like yours for my 1200RT let me know.

Oh for the facilities to do that sort of stuff myself. :( That's excellent work. :bow

The Side Kicker is to my mind a great solution, but its just too costly for me so I'm making do with a hockey puck. Im not suggesting excessive margins for what is probably a hand made product, but £250 is a lot for a stand leg.

I made this a while ago now
And have made a few for mates :beerjug:
I have just made a batch of 5 up if anybody would like one
They fit All models of the 1200GS from 2004-2012
The price is £20 posted PM me if you are interested :thumby:

Just to point out incase you cant see it in the pics the bottom is not aluminium it is made from
the same material that I make Crash mushrooms from
It is plenty strong enough and won't look shite when the anodising scratches off like aluminium
I had one on my bike for over 30K :thumb

I think you are on to a winner there......every body wins. I've already got one, paid mucho mas. Best of luck to you.:thumb2

I made 5 up but due to demand I will be making some more the weekend
So don't panic :comfort...I will sort ever body out who want's one :thumby:

Side stand enlarger received with thanks Garry. A well made and esthetically pleasing bit of kit.

There is a possibility that these may not fit the very early 1200gs's
But they definitely fit the 2006 to 2012 models both standard and adventure

I have now put a Ebay listing up to make it simple for people to purchase one if they want to
Easy to buy but due to Ebay charges the postage is not free
So if you want one for the bargain price of £20 posted PM me :thumby:

A big THANKS to all who bought one :thumby:
Just made another batch up :thumb2
PM me for the best price or check the Link in the post before for the relisted item

I would like one please.

I currently have a rubber ice hockey puck sandwiched between a flat plate foot enlarger with longer screws. At 7/8" (22.5mm) additional height its just a touch too much and the stainless base is now getting hammered. Something that raises the foot about 20mm is probably the best compromise for me.

The ultimate fix is one of these, but the price is very high.
