Adriatic - ideas for campsites and interest

Late September, me 'n' Francis are riding down east coast Adriatic (Croatia, Albania etc) to Turkey-ish then back up Italy before Alps too cold in November.

Any recommendations for campsites and must do roads/attractions received with thanks.
