Sleeping bag and pad recommendations please

I would like to change my bag for one with more foot room at some point as i'm a wriggler.

I have a Pro-force Challenger 400 and it has loads of room. There's so much space, I can put my right foot against the inside of my left knee and let my right knee point out to the side. I used to hate mummy bags because I found them restrictive, but I love this bag. It's also a four-season bag so it's very warm. The only disadvantage is that it's quite big when packed away.

I went for the Exped 9LXW, with a Chinese cot. Had problems with leaking and pump not working, but as far as sleep quality is concerned, I couldn't have been happier.

Definitely a camping convert. Considering Picos or Balkans next year.

The luxury of taking a proper pillow can't be underestimated and a down/feather pillow packs really small when compressed down.
