My screen keeps jumping when I try to press things on the screen.. it jumps from side to side.
Tried taking the battery out and card but it makes no difference.
Also tried a screen calibration

Any ideas please

Try pressing and holding down the power button for 20 seconds mate, other than that you might have to try a full reset which means losing your data.

Any screen issues I had all ended with the unit going back to Garmin. They have an excellent customer services system, and a simple phone call will have the technician tapping your answers into an algorithmic questionnaire, and at the end they will tell you how to fix it or send it back to them. They have never refused to help....
