Good news that you are sorted. Have a good trip. It's record September temperatures at the moment, I clocked 39.5 C inland from Barbate today. Get pleanty of water down and you will be fine...:thumb2

Ps if you get chance to have fresh tuna steaks ,they are in season now and melt in your mouth. Make sure they are fresh not frozen.

There are tyre chains in Spain, just enter 'neumaticos moto' on googlemaps plus the name of where you want one, e.g. Malaga, where I've just found four bike specialists: https://www.google.es/maps/search/neumaticos+moto+malaga/@36.6986084,-4.4713695,14z?hl=en-GB

I highly recommend the Rodi chain, although they're based in the north of the country the have good stock, some branches that have specialist bike workshops and in my experience all are happy to fit tyres that you've ordered on-line and had delivered there - but it's obviously wise to check beforehand, especially for local fiestas when they might be closed ...

Eyup John, if you are going via Salamanca theres a BM dealer in Santa Marta De Tormes, they fitted me a front Karoo
to match my back un, they had to order it in and it was about 130 euros, Ifni Motos 923139886 , easy to find on the old Madrid
road out of Salamanca.

I'd be surprised if you has any trouble in Valencia - apart from finding your way around and not getting run down by a tram :) - but of you went via Teruel, a short but wonderful detour, the Rodi there would fit one you order or get one themselves - the branch on Poligono La Paz has a guy who speaks English and this branch is the best in the entire chain most years - certificates, plaques, etc. t prove it!

If anyone needs tyres in southern Spain I can recommend MotoFast in Malaga.

Jose speaks very good English and if you telephone he will order the tyres in for you if he doesn't already have them in stock.

I paid 280 euros for a pair of Michelin Road Pilot 4's fitted.

There website is www.moto-fast.es
Forgot to say thanks for Motofast tip...great bloke is Jose and top service....reasonable prices too....Defo use again...:beerjug:
