Garmin Zumo 390lm, Scala Q1, iPhone 6S

I'm having a problem with placing a phone call. Garmin sees Scala & Phone, Scala sees Garmin and Phone, Phone sees Garmin and Scala. When I place a phone call via Garmin it defaults to Garmin speaker and not Scala. In the past when I've made a call it goes directly to Scala.

I'm trying to work out where I'm going wrong. Can somebody enlighten me? I'm sure there's someone on here who can.
