If I'm on the island for a few hours (work-related trip) with an R80GS are there any trails/roads that are a must? And any recommendations for pub/hotels?

I don't live on the island but my mate lives just down the road from this place, food is usually good and they do accommodation.
When I visit I go to Chale/Niton (Near Blackgang) and ride The Military Road heading off to Cowes and surrounding areas. Sure someone will be along with some info if you give dates your planning to go (I thought you'd already been)
