Just a couple of notes to anyone heading to Morocco and feeling unsure...
Firstly... at the customs in Tanger Med you may find long queues. If you do then ride around the left hand side of all the 6 or 7 lanes and go to front..a copper told me to do this last week.
Get ya cash and insurance from the little huts as you start to leave customs check point..
Watch your speed as you leave the port...radar all over.
It's hot and dry here.. 36 degrees in Merzouga so get ya air flow gear out.
I have radiator protectors on my 1200?gsa LC and no problem as it never went over 90 on temp gauge...I think rad guards actually help as it stops the wind blast which is very hot if you try sticking your hand out.
I highly recommend Kasbahs Azalay in Merzouga as it is cheap, clean, very friendly and good food... Camel ride into desert to watch sunset is 15 euros.
Any questions pm me.....
