Hi, bit of a long shot, but does anyone know how many different fuel injectors were used on the Triples, and what they were?
I have an early FI Speed triple (Year 2000, 900cc Injected), and appear to have a dodgy injector. I ordered a set from Ebay which came off a 2004 955i, but the injectors were a different physical size. I then had a look at different offerings on Ebay, but am uncertain what I'm looking for and don't want to order then return others.
I guess what I'm looking for is someone who has knowledge of these bikes to tell me whether all of the 900 models used the same injector, or were they different ones for Tiger, Speed Triple etc., what makes were used, and when they changed them, or perhaps simply to say they are all different so look for 900 injected speed triple only.
Sorry for such a vague query, but if someone knows what's what they could save me a lot of time and frustration!
