My wife is 5.2 28.5 inside leg
She likes the nine t but it's still a tad high .
Options to lower it pls

Has she tried Daytona Ladystar boots?
They add a few extra cm to the person without having to adjust the bike.
It worked for me!
I am 5'4", 29" inside leg and ride a standard F700GS with a standard seat.

Willbers suspension might help. Kill two birds with one stone and get a bike that handles as well!
