Soo....just bought an F650 Funduro 2000 model year, twin spark, twin carb model. 41000 miles, ok condition for the year, £750 quid, which I reckon is a pretty good price. I guess I will spending a bit more time in here......
Now, as an airherd owner, I dont know a great deal about these old fangled watercooled bikes but this one defo needs a new battery (easy enough) and the rubber intake manifold between carbs/head - what sort of job is this (am an ex mechanic so would like to think that I can destroy things professionaly) is it a tricky one or simple as?
Any thing else I need to look for (worryingly a new rectifier came with it, not fitted)?
