As a small group of technophobe crusty old gits, we have enjoyed our weekly sunday outings chatting away and generally taking the piss out of each other, riding styles and anything in general, successfully, using a combination of sena 10s and one 20s.
That was until last week when all the pairings were dropped and couldnt re connect. Manuals have been examined, updates completed to no avail.
Sena's recomnendation is a factory reset using the reset button then a update to all the units. Apparently these bugs can appear at any time !
Has anyone else experienced this ?

Went away with a mate in 2015 for a fortnight around the Alps the Sena's worked perfectly , however, this year when we met up for the ferry to go to Northern Germany they would not pair up, luckily he had the manual with him so did a factory reset and after that they were fine

yup , can't you just re- pair the unit that's dropped out
that's what we have done in the past

Have been so dissapointed with the 20s since purchasing, not only pairing issues but also range. Was much happier with the 10

Tried that with all the different permutations. Didn't work. Not really enamoured with this bit of kit. But at the price can't afford to change. That said no matter what make they all seem to have their own niggles.

Easiest way is to create a group on the computer with the sena program. We have three of us on it constantly and it works well.
