Project Stealth

Andrew thanks for sharing, the rear end wheel is not really in my plans for a bit yet as there are other things that need a bit of progress but when we get a mo we can confirm the measurements we are working to and then get a 160 tyre to work with.

Prop stand - so before we got too far down the build the need for a working prop stand needed to be sorted. The std crash bars had been sold off recently and the stand and spring return had been kept safe for just this occasion. We has some lazer cut 4mm plates which are to be pressed into service, we didn't want to strip the bike at this stage so just one of the plates has been welded in position and one the frame is bare again and can be turned upside down it can be finished off but in it's rolling state it was a perfect time to fix its location.

Next up was the front tank mount which will need pictures .., but the front mount has been drilled and fixing into position on the frame tube and the fixing tags on the front of the tank have also seen treatment of the welding kind. It's been really good getting back on with this build just wish it was finished so we could take it with us to the Cafe Racer Festival maybe next year.

Hope to have the home computer fully online next week so pictures to follow
