bmw extended warrenty

as I will have owned my bike for a year in january the bmw motorrrad used bike warrenty that came with it will expire and i was thinking of renewing it but looking at whats covered I am not so sure ,as if i breakdown in europe it does not include parts which seems a bit much as i thought it was a parts and labour insurance .

I renew mine every year as I know nothing of how to fix my bike if it goes 'Pop'.
Nor would I want the added hassle of trying to find a recovery vehicle late at night in the middle of nowhere when it's pouring down with rain, especially with my limited French and absolute lack of any other 'Johnny Foreigner' language skills, should said 'Pop' occur at such an inopportune moment.
