As per Del Boys garage instructions, i left the little plastic bit on, that connects to the wiring loom so as not to get a code. Since then i've bought a stage 1 kit from Triumph Twin Power which comes with software to sort that out (not fitted yet). Will you be sorting out the fault code or inserting a resistor? Mine was so much better to ride after taking this off. The backfiring before was ridiculous!!

+1 for the triumph twin power re-map, I sent my box off to him to install the tune and it came back with no fault codes for the removed air injection stuff.
also did the airbox baffle removal, decent air filter and airbox inlet thing(breathe?).
the difference is black and white.

Iv removed the pump il put a diode to stop the fault code, brother in law has had the remap done, and for sure il do this with the airbox mod over the next few winter months, tins are off to paint so got some work to do before spring lol...

I got a kit online, couple of bolts and a couple of copper washers, think it was from square deals.
The bolts were anodised black, but the anodising doesn't seem to like the heat, so they're a sort of faded black/brown colour.
