I've just downloaded the Sena Device Manager to update the firmware on a Sena 10, but the program does keeps showing a 'Failed to detect device' or some such message. I've tried both our Macs (iMac and MBP), sure I'me following the instructions, but not able to connect. Any ideas? I expect it's been developed for Windows and Macs are an after thought!

Thanks

Hi

My inter phone tour will only connect to windows. I put a visual windows 10 on the mac using VMware Fusion, although of course, other software is available

I have recently used the Sena Device Manager on a Mac Air ok. I have a Sena 5FM, and you have to turn the device on to get the Mac to recognise it.

I'm sure there was instructions in the app to turn my Sena on/off at certain points.

I have the SENA 10c. And had similar issues. Apparently you need a 16gb card to updated. Any other card will show as error. But in the end I used windows to update. But for some reason the year keeps showing on the camera as 2014. !!!
