Not for me. Sausages don't belong in chilli.
However on checking the health files (google). The chilli's should counteract the carcinogens as
"Chilli peppers were the most commonly used spice among the sample, and those who ate fresh chilli had a lower risk of death from cancer, coronary heart disease and diabetes."
So up to the chef.

Can't make it Mike as I'll be up in Jockland that weekend but will see you before then I'm sure.
