I've finally found out how to post photos from my I pad. However any photos stored on the I pad that were taken with my I phone don't won't to play. I get 'upload failed'. Why is this

If your adding them as attachments it could be a file size issue?

Maybe your iPhone photos on the iPad are only stored in apple iCloud & only being streamed to the iPad?
