Ok, how did you get the side skirt out? I gave it a go, didn't seem like it wanted to come out!

Would be great to route like this if possible.

Wrap around neck skirt is very tight and is kept in place by tension, there is basically a stiff plastic wire built into the skirt that is held in place by a lip around the helmet edge trim.

At the front the stiff wire has two small pegs that slip into corresponding holes in the front edging trim which then creates the tension, if you are cack handed you WILL break off the two small pegs, the trick is to use a stiff blunt narrow lever at the rear of the lid (plastic car trim removal tools are best) , get it in between the plastic wire and the plastic lip trim of the helmet , pop out the skirt around the rear edge and then ease it back to release the pins, put in your intercoms wiring and then put it back in , siting the pegs first

Many thanks Neil for your time and the post, will give it a go on the old concept I have first :) was it the same on those?

Thanks all.

For information apparently the pins snapping is a known fault and Schuberth are aware. In the US they've given the dealer new pins, but there are several replacment videos threads that a google will find.
