Coolant change interval

I can't find any BMW service info on coolant change intervals for f700gs. Is it used for life? (My Honda Jazz car is a 10 year change interval). However, after reading the BMW service CD on how to do it, I think I will leave well alone - brain surgery looks easier. The cost of all the specialized tools alone would probably pay for 2-3 coolant changes by a BMW garage.

It didn`t seem to be a problem on my 650 - drain from somewhere lower left and keep for a mo, suck out the header tank with a disposable syringe, refill with longlife stuff.
Will go and check in my Haines, will come back if its any different.

But why would you wish to change it?
Top it up if it is low, yes, but if you follow the old Merkin maxim you will not be far wrong:
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
