If anyone is currently working on their R1100GS or R1150GS with the front wheel removed, is there any chance you could measure the length from the inside of one fork bottom to the inside of the other fork bottom where the spindle fits, please?
I'm looking at fitting a wheel from a GS to my K100 to use the mechanical speedometer drive but I'm not sure if the K forks are narrower.
(I realise I will have to make a one-off spindle and spacers).
