....they're only for monkeys*

* that's what Dr Death says...

What size are you looking at.....I've ridden with them right up to 21"..... you get used to the position.....but..would I have them on a bike I was going to tour long and hard on? Probably not....

Thank you Doris.

Perhaps their ok.. :nenau (for monkeys :D).

Just make sure you have sprayed antiperspirant deodorant under your armpits before going for a ride. I don't like them. :)

Sometimes, ya just gotta big......

I had a Raleigh Chopper bicycle in 1973 which had bars like that. :p

16" on 6" risers then changed to 11" lazy z's with 2" drop down and loads better

not ideal really and I preferred my beach bars on my road king

got 14" apes on my bwb build but that's got a 30" front wheel on it lol

Very nice... collection of chocolate eggs on that mantelpiece.

I used to love it when Minstrels were called Treats. :thumb2

weathers been getting a bit better so been putting a bit of millage in and the standard set up is giving me a sore lower back ,,,tried one with 18" now looking at 14's or even 10's

Hi, I'm thinking about doing the same thing with my Harley. Looking to change the bars on a 2015 Heritage (with ABS). A couple of folk that I spoke to over the weekend suggested, that if I need to change the brake hose (which I probably would), then I would need to take the bike to the main HD dealer and get the bike "re-flashed". Something to do with having to get the electrics in the ABS fixed to suit.

Has anyone had any issues with this? I would have thought that it was just a matter of fitting a longer hose and then bleeding the system.
