Hi
I have nearly made the decision to buy a Zumo 395 to replace my old Nav 4.
I can`t see any problems wiring in as NN do the can bus cable but my dilemma at the moment is the mounting.
I have a 1200GS with a GSA screen and the Nav 4 is fitted to the cross brace (think it is called that).
Ideally I want to mount the 395 there but looking at the mounting instructions in the manual I`m not sure if it is possible.
Has anybody done this and if so how?
Thanks in advance
Paul

fitted one of these for a mate who has a GSA, IIRC we used the ram fittings that came with the unit and mounted it as shown in this picGSA 019.jpgGSA 020.jpg

An update to the mounting of the 395.
Unfortunately the Zumo does not fit the mounting plate on the Navigator 4 (at least on my bike).
I have taken the plunge and ordered the fitting kit from Hornig in Germany cost €67 including postage to Portugal.
I will post some pics when it is on the bike, no problems I hope.

what was wrong with using the ram mount/fittings that come with the 395 ?

Parts arrived and fitted.
Very good quality from Hornig, photos below:
