Hi folks,

Have long heard of this hallowed ground, and might finally be joining your ranks next Saturday with my (potential but likely) purchase of a 2009 F800GS. I know a few heads on UKGSer so might run into you here, and look forward to meeting more of you in the future :)

Current bikes are a 2008 Husaberg FE550E in both enduro and supermoto trims, and a 2001 KX250 smoker. I want to add touring to my repertoire, hence the GS.
 
Drove 250km home from purchase, and then did a 350km round trip today to get the hang of her. Loving everything so far :) I'm not sold on the colour but will leave it for the time being and see if it grows on me.

Will be adding a few farkles soon - I think I've decided on the Heed crash bars. Anybody with a reason not to buy these, please let me know! I'll also be looking for a headlight and a couple of other bits.
