OEM Fog lights and Main beam both blown at MOT

hi all, went for an MOT on my 2004 r1150 gsa this aft, when I arrived all lights worked, when it came to testing the OEM fog lights and the main beam bulb had both stopped working, ive tried changing the bulb in the main beam but it seems to have blown again, theres no power in the switch to the fog lights.
my heated grips, sat nav, heated jacket, horn and autocom still work, autocom recently fitted using piggy back on horn fuse, all fuses seem to be ok
any help would be greatly appreciated

what a nob I am, fuse 9, I thought one 1-7 were used
