Sensibly priced Convert

Actually, looking at pics on google, I think some may have had this rear end. It wouldn't surprise me as they were famous for using up what was laying in th eparts bin! Somebody more knowledgeable than me will surely be along to confirm.
 
Could have sworn it said Convert when I first viewed it. Oh well, looks like a tidy one, whatever it is
