Problem with Packtalk software update

Hi All,

Is anyone having or had any problem with a software update on the packtalk communicator? mine will not complete the update and keeps kicking me out before its complete.

Is it a new update? I did mine a month ago, with no issues

Just went onto Scala community and did V2.5 update, which is the new one. Updated two Packtalks with no issues, both took about 5 mins max. Maybe try again now.

Thanks for the reply, however I try it won't complete the update it says device disconnected before it finishes, it's so frustrating

Yes mine said device disconnected, but it still kept on and finished the update. It updated data, then updated the firmware.

Thanks casbar, i plugged it in to my work laptop and it did exactly as you described, and thankfully has now got the latest data and firmware :thumb2
