I have a 2016 1200gs wc but need some engine gards just for the bottom does anyone know the bmw part number ?????
 
okay anyone know why there are 3 types ? how do i tell what model my bike is ? k this k that , I have a 2016 wc triple black 1200 gs on a 16 plate ? but there seems to be lots of other models with the same part ?
 
I'de speak to a bod in the parts dept of your local BMW emporium.
 
Engine guard, as in the skid plate or engine bars for crash protection?
I'm guessing the engine bars as you mention 3 types? They will be for the early 2013 model, 2013-2016 pre 2017 bikes and 2017 on bikes (by 2017 this refers to the model year, which was available from September 16. They will be on a 66 plate).

A few months back I think someone was selling a boxed new set. Might be worth putting up a wanted ad before paying full BMW price?
