Transferring Routes Favourites to Nav5

Hi,

I use basecamp to store my favourites and also create routes.

When transferring to the Nav 5 is there a way to replace or update any favourites or routes that have been modified in basecamp?

Currently if I change a favourites location but leave the name the same, when transferring to the device the old favourite stays and a new favourite gets created.
