Um..... my bike is in bits- Hello!

I'm new, hence the post! Thought I'd stop searching through posts and finally activate my own profile

Currently building a tracker from an R80RT airhead. Although struggling with some aspects. I've never done this beemer thing before! Here's a pic of it before I removed the rear wheel and swing arm.

I'm struggling with getting the gearbox off though... swingarm is out of the way, there's space, I've undone the 4 bolts, but seems like it's stuck on something in the middle..? Anyone any ideas?!
