HELP heed crash bars

looking for a bit of help, I've just bought some heed lower crash bars and after fitting them (loosely)it appears that the right side sits further away from the head than the left hand side. as in the photo's the left hand bar has space at the back of the cylinder head and the right hand has the space at the front, is this correct or do i have a problem?

It looks like you have crash bars that are straight but a wonky engine with lopsided pots. I'll do you a favour give you half the market price for your weird and wonky GS.

Cheers Mark that makes sense, its my first BM and never gave the layout a thought, though looking at it in plan view its obvious, can now refit with peace of mind :beerjug:
