guys,

I've noticed a few bikes recently with strips of LED running lights on the hand guards - they look neat and very visible.

Has anyone here done this on a 10-12 Twin cam GS & got any recommendations as to what lights to use ?

Thanks
John

I avoid putting LEDs too near the indicator in case they drown out the light.
The indicator should be the brightest thing in the handlebar area.

You could use indicator repeater lights. Some will fit without drilling.
If you look carefully eBay has electronic relays for DRLs that flash with the indicator dim at night, strobe with the horn etc.

It is my contention that the rider should be the brightest thing in the handlebar area:D
