Have these changed over the years?
I recently bought a scooter that came with a very old Tom Tom rider & fancy updating the unit.
Does anyone know if the original mount that is on the bike (& wired in) will need to be changed or if it's just a case of sliding the new unit onto the old mount, so to speak?

All advice/abuse welcomed.

Thanx in advance.

There are two types one with 7 charging pins and one with 4, if you look at the rear of your unit you will see the charge connectors which are brass coloured the newest type having 4. Hope this helps. Gary

Thank you.
It's not what I was hoping for but I appreciate your help.
Thanx again. :thumb2

Which type of mount do you need I have a tomtom rider and a mount somewhere I think it's the 4 pin one.

That's kind, thank you. I checked the scoot a few minutes ago and the mount on it is a 4 pin type - result.
