A while ago Mark asked if there was anything he could make for the big K. I suggested he make an oil cooler guard as a few acquaintances had had punctures on their oil coolers by stones.
Having had Marks crud catcher, tool box and a few other farkles on my GSA I knew that it would be a high quality item and be a good price.
I have to say I was not disappointed.
Mark had sent me a couple of pics to identify how he had fitted his, however even without these it would not have been difficult. This is something that has been the same for all parts Mark has made for me - all really easy and quick to fit, lining up exactly with the holes that they need to be fitted to.
First off was to identify the two screws to be removed.
Here
And Here
I undid both screws, carefully putting back the trim when it fell out and then trapped the oil cooler guard in between the screw and the trim.
A quick tighten up of both screws and it's fitted!
As per usual Mark has designed something that is functional and looks the part. Thank you Mark!
