Just bought a 1200 RT today as a second bike alongside my GSA and all is well except I find the length of the gear shift arm just too short for my size 11. All I can find online are "extenders" which appear to increase the diameter and length of the change but not the length of the arm itself.

Does anyone have any links to anything useful .. I don't have the same issue on the GSA owing to the seat geometry. I'm also after a reputable footpeg lowering system but I guess I would need to alter both the rear brake and gear linkage somehow.

Grateful for any advice.

Check for police spec, they can have abnormal feet !

What about fitting a gs one, there are adjustable length ones at MW and NN from memory.

It is an RTP spec bike. Unfortunately the shift arm is a slightly different variant to the GSA .. I have spare Wunderlich extendable one for my GSA but the RT arm has a slight kink which is a bit frustrating.
