Hi, I currently have a Nav 1V on my bike, 1200 twin cam.
Kept safe and secure in the BMW cradle and the touratech lockable mount.
However the sat nav is starting to really play up so was wondering if the newer models would fit into
my existing mounts.
Cheers.

Hi Paul,

I believe they will, one of our MBEAM members has a Nav IV in a mount for a Nav V, so I'm assuming the Nav V and VI will be OK in your Nav IV mount.
If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will be along to correct me shortly! ;)

However, if you want to be sure you can try my Nav V in your mount next time I see you at Devil's :)

The only thing I'm not sure of is that with the Nav IV mount, when using a Nav IV I think you can hardwire the sound from the mount to an autocom, or similar. If you put a Nav V in it I'm not sure if you can hardwire the sound, you can't in a Nav V mount. You may need to use Bluetooth.

The VI fits in the V cradle as I asked this week. I don't think the IV will, but ask the dealer, who will know definitively.

The Nav IV, V and VI will all fit and work in the cradles, both four button and no button versions.
