Possible purchase

Hi,

I went to look at a bike today to possibly buy, all looked good till I had a look underneath. R1200RT 2008.

Just wondering how much of a worry this is and where this could be coming from ?

I think I probably could get it cheap, as I'm just after a work horse to do the London commute on.
However don't want anything too "severe" to be dealing with.
