Newbie GS'er

Hi there

Yep, a newbie to GS. Test rode a couple on a BMW open demo day and loved the GS.

A new GS would be great, but the bank and SWMBO say otherwise.

Looking for a little advice. Got the chance of two GS. One is a 55 plate that's covered just over 26,000 miles and comes with 3 cases, the other is a 08 plate that's covered 45,500 miles and has no cases. I like the sound of the newer one, and it's cheaper too, but is the mileage any concern?

I know these are built for distance and off road, but not sure what to do. Your input and wisdom would be most welcome.

As long as the bike has been regularly serviced/had the recall work completed, and you can have a good look around it/have a test ride....mileage isn't an issue
