Wunderlich up and back bar risers

I have a 2018 GSA Rallye, and I fitted the Wunderlich risers on Sunday.

I released the cable ties on each set of hoses/leads, and wasn’t happy with the way they chaffed on the bars on full lock so took them off again.

The photos on the Wunderlich instructions seem to be different for my GSA as on my bike the ties are almost under the tan.

Anyone else fitted them to a 2018 model ?
 
I removed both ties and let the cables run free, and I’m not 100% sure but I think the ties were almost under the tank, and not in the same place as the photos
 
I found one side (can't remember which) was right on the limit at full lock with no slack, so decided to reroute cables to the outside of the forks and tied them to the outer edges of the bodywork opening.
 
Why thank you Mr Smogbob, that looks like it’s the way forward for me.
 
I fitted some of these two days ago, and yes the cables are a tad tight on the brake side, but even on full lock I don't think anything is hampered, for day to day riding you're very seldom on full lock, I feel at 6ft5in the ride position is more natural, ill monitor the cables at full stretch but I don't anticipate any issues
