Hi Guys,

Tempted to try out a small increase in height on the bars, not sure I need up and back so was thinking 15mm risers.

I've seen the Touratech ones (http://www.nippynormans.com/risers/...-r1200gs-lc-2013-r1200gs-lc-adventure-2014-on) the OCD part of me can see in the pic that the bottom of the riser has a straight cut finish instead of curved.

Its not a biggie or a big investment but before I hit the button anyone come across other 15mm risers which might be an alternative?

Cheers
Steve

A friend of mine bought the Rox risers from Adventure Bike Shop, very well made and come in various levels of rise. They also can raise and move the bars rearward slightly which is good if you want to reduce the reach to your bars.

Be careful with the Touratech ones they have had really bad quality control issues with them sent mine back and got the wunderlich ones

I have a set, they've been on the bike for a couple of years, and I find them the perfect height for me.

I have the Wunderlich bar risers (up and back). They're ok but don't work well with the BMW GS tank bag as they restrict full lock.

I also have these and the BMW tank bag. Mine do not restrict the lock on the bike. You need to possibly do two things. First alter the straps so the bag sits slightly closer to you. Second, rotate the bars up which effectively pushes them away a little. They will still be higher and closer than before but more comfortable (for me anyway).
